If you are switching broadband provider, please enter the name of your current service provide. We need this as part of the OFCOM One Touch Switching Process. This will help us locate your current service aid in the smooth transfer of your broadband service to No Metric
If you are migrating from another provider via OTS we need the account number associated with that account, you can find this on your most recent invoice or in your billing account.
By ticking this box, you agree that this service is on a 12-month contract. This means that the service must be paid for monthly in advance for a period of 12-months, after 12-months the service will continue onto a 30-day rolling contract. If during the first 12-months you decide to leave No Metric or cancel the contract, then you will be required to pay an early termination fee of £30 plus the full cost of the remaining months in the 12-month period.
